The children enjoyed celebrating World Book Day by coming in dressed as their favourite characters, each one proudly sharing who they were for the day. They spent time looking at stories together and dipping into simple role play linked to their books, creating a warm, fun atmosphere. They even had a visit from the Gruffalo!
It was a very mixed emotion day. The children and their parents enjoyed spending there last few hours with there friends at Ruislip Stars before they left us to go off to big school. We all enjoyed a graduation ceremony followed along by a magician, which all the children loved.
For Christmas this year the children enjoyed having their parents in to celebrate the festive period. They enjoyed playing different games such as pass the parcel, music statues, and much more. During the party the children had a special visit from Santa, which most of the children loved!
Remembrance Sunday 2025
The children took part in a simple, cheerful Easter egg hunt in the garden, searching for small colourful eggs hidden around the outdoor space. They enjoyed looking high and low, sharing their discoveries with friends and taking turns to check different areas.
For Mother’s Day this year we allowed the Mums to come and celebrate this day with their children at both settings- the Preschool and Nursery. Everyone enjoyed a selection of cakes, cookies, and refreshments while spending some time with their children
