Each year, Ruislip Stars creates a wreath from poppies made by the children. We laid down our 2019 wreath at the Polish War Memorial on Sunday the 10th of November. Parents from the Nursery and Preschool joined us in the ceremony and minute of silence!
For Christmas Jumper day all of the staff and some of the children enjoyed coming to Preschool/ Nursery in their festive Christmas jumpers!
For Remembrance day, some of our families and friends joined us in laying down our hand made poppy wreaths at the Polish Airforce Memorial.
For Father’s Day this year, the Preschool children and some of their Dads had so much fun over the park in the sunshine playing a game of football while the Nursery children invited their Dads into the Nursery to spend some quality time with them.
The children and their mothers came to the preschool to celebrate Mother’s day! We enjoyed a party filled with dancing, games and cake decorating!
For Father’s Day this year the Preschool invited the Dad’s in for a Father’s Day morning. They enjoyed taking part in a baking competition where they had to bake chocolate chip cookies, and had lots of fun carrying out a range of fun filled activities.
To commemorate Remembrance day, we continued our tradition of creating a wreath and laying it down at the Polish War Memorial on the 11th November.
